Media Consent

I consent to The Body Centre (or a professional contracted by The Body Centre) taking, using, editing, and publishing my name and photographs and/or videos, which may contain your image, on The Body Centre’s website and social media accounts, for educational or promotional purposes. By giving my permission I am aware that any information published on the internet is accessible to millions of users from all over the world, that it will be indexed by search engines and that it may be copied and used by any web user. This means that once the photograph/video is published on the Internet The Body Centre will have no control over its subsequent use and disclosure. I also acknowledge that I am not entitled to any remuneration, royalties or any other payment from The Body Centre in respect of the use by The Body Centre of the photographs and/or videos.
