This recipe book is absolutely filled with tasty, healthy, easy recipes to help you refuel and repair after exercise.  Compared to our first cookbook (The Body Centre’s Plant-Based Recipe Book) not all these recipes are plant-based, but most of them can be easily transformed to plant-based with a few simple switches of ingredients, if that’s your jam. Yes, I made a food related pun, don’t judge me.  (Please note that any changes to the recipe will change the nutritional information provided).

With thousands of recipe books out there, what’s so special about this one?  Well, let me tell you.  Not only are all these recipe simple and easy to make, but they also have lists of the macronutrients and calories per serving and have bar codes which you can scan to add the recipe to your ‘My Fitness Pal’ account.  This is incredibly handy if you are new to cooking and nutrition, or if you are on a specific diet where you are tracking calories and/or macros.  It is always important to know what nutrients you are providing your body.
